Cancellation Policy
Effortless Cancellation Policy
At Effortless, we value your time—and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you honor the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting for care.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, subject to availability.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly so we can work with you on a case-by-case basis.
